Ubos sa Executive Order No.43 ang porsyento sa net earnings sa state-run-bank nga kinahanglang ideklarar ug I-remit ngadto sa gobyerno mikunhod ngadto sa 0 percent sa annual net earnings.
Gipasabot sa Presidente sa gipirmahang kamandoan nga maglangkob lamang sa 2022 nga earnings sa Land Bank ang adjusted dividend rate.
