NAGSANG-AT ang BIR og kaso batok “ghost corporations”!
Tungod sa pagbaligya og peke’ng resibo sa ubang kompanya.
Ang upat ka korporasyon nakalapas sa Sections 254,255 ug 267 sa National Internal Revenue Code of 1997.
Matud ni BIR Commissioner Romeo Lumagui nga kompleto ang ilang impormasyon nga walay transaksyon ug dili haum ang address sa mga korporasyon.
