ITUGOT na karon sa Bureau of Internal Revenue kon BIR ang pagsumiter sa mga kompanya sa certified copies sa mga resibo sa pagbaligya ug pagpalit sa value-added taxt kon VAT refund claims!
Matud sa BIR nga ang nasangpit nga resibo o invoices kinahanglan nga gi-sertipikahan sa authorized official o empleyado sa kompanya.
Gikibhangan usab sa tax agency ang ihap sa documentary requirements.
Lakip na lamang sa gikinahanglang papeles ang -proofs of registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission or Department of Trade and Industry (DTI); copies of Import Entry and Internal Revenue Declarations (IEIRD)/Informal Import Declaration; ug Entry or single administrative document.
