Gibutyag sa original petition nga gisang-at iadtong 2019, pinaagi nilang Reeya Beatrice Magtalas, Abigail Aleli Tan, Rainaah Punzalan, ug Aunell Ross Angcos nga ang registration sa Duterte Youth voi ab initio kon invalid from the beginning.
Gidugang pa nga anaa kini grounds nga wala mituman sa publication ug public hearing requirements.

“..The Supervisory Committee recommended the suspension of the proclamation DU30 Youth Party List and DH Bagong Henarasyon due to the following pending petitions filed before the Clerk of the Commission. DU30 Youth Party List, SPP No. 19-009 filed by Reeya Beatrice Magtalas, Abigail Aleli Tan, Rainaah Punzalan, and Aunell Ross Angcos. And B, SPP No. 25-008 filed by Youth Advocates for Climate Action Philippines, National Coordinator, Racial Pagsanhan, PUNSAI, Polytechnic University of the Philippines Student Regent Michael Choi, C. Cabangon, and University of the Philippines Student Regent Francisca Maria Duran. Number 2, Bagong Henerasyon BHSPA 25-003 filed by Atty. Russell Stanley Q. Geronimo. Considering the serious allegations raised in the above petition, which involved grave violation of election laws, the National Board of Canvassers resolves to suspend the proclamation DU30 youth party list and Bagong Henerasyon party list until the speedy and judicious resolution of the petition filed before the clerk of the Commission so ordered, signed by all the members of the Commission En Bank as the National Board of Canvassers with the note of the Chairman of the National Board and the Chairman of the Commission on election.
