ICC, mibarug nga aduna pa’y jurisdiction sa mga krimen nga nahitabo sa wala pa mi-withdraw ang Pilipinas sa Rome Statute!
GIBARUGAN sa International Criminal Court kon ICC nga sakop o aduna pa kini jurisdiction sa mga krimen nga nahitabo sa wala pa mi-withdraw ang Pilipinas sa Rome Statute!
Matud ni ICC Spokesperson Fadi El Abdallah nga ang mga kaso nahimo tali 2011 hangtud 2019, ang tuig sa pag-withdraw sa Pilipinas sa ICC.
“..So the courts has jurisprudence has already indicated that the ICC retains jurisdiction even after the withdrawal of a state, but only for the crimes that are allegedly were committed during the period when the state was a state party to the ICC Rome statute. The withdrawal does not affect these obligations and this jurisdiction of the ICC. It only affects the future…”

Kalabot sa legalidad sa pagsikop kang FPRRD ang ICC judges ang makahukom sa isyu.
“..I can simply say if there is any challenge to the lawfulness and legality of the arrest, it can be submitted to the judges, and then judges will decide on that…”

Gisalikway usab sa ICC ang mga gikatahong spamming ug trolling sa social media pages batok judges taliwala sa kaso ni FPRRD.
Nakatutok lamang kini sa paghatag hustisya sa mga biktima.
