MI-APELAR ang mga abogado sa Mindanao sa Korte Suprema nga mando-an ang Senado nga hunongon ang impeachment trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte!
Sa 114 ka pahina sa petisyon, gihangyo usab nila ang SC nga ideklarar ang Articles of Impeachment isip null ug void.
Matud ni Atty. Israelito Torreon, usa sa petitioners nga nabati niini ang impeachment complaint usa lamang ka constitutionally deficient.
Paglapas sa pertinent constitutional provisions ug jurisdictionally void.
Gawas kang Torreon, lakip sa petitioner silang Atty. Martin Delgra lll, Former Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board Chief Atty. James Reserva, Socorro Bayanihan Services Inc. Leader Jey Rence Quilario.
