LAKIP si Former President Rodrigo Duterte sa legal counsel sa anak nga si Vice President Sara Duterte sa petisyon nga gisang-at sa Korte Suprema!
Nga nagtinguha sa pagpahunong sa impeachment trial.
Sa 36 ka pahina sa petition for certiorari and prohibition, mipirma ang kanhing Presidente kauban ang laing lima ka abogado nga giduso karong adlawa.
Mi-apelar ang bise-Presidente sa Korte Suprema nga mag-isyu og temporary restraining order o writ of preliminary injunction “enjoin all the respondents from proceeding with the impeachment trial before the Senate, and to desist from doing any and all acts relative and pursuant thereto.”
Human ang proper proceedings, mihangyo ang bise-Presidente sa high court nga mag-isyu og final injunction, nullify ug I-set aside ang ika-upat nga impeachment complaint batok kaniya, invoking one-year ban.
