Sa 13 ka pahina nga resolution, girekomendar sa QC office of the City Prosector kon OCP ang dismissal sa complaint batok kang Duterte, Vice Presidential Security and Protection Group kon VPSPG head Colonel Raymund Dante Lachica ug uban pa.
Tungod sa pakyas nga pag-sustain sa finding sa prima facie evidence sa reasonable certainty of conviction.
