NTC-10 nag serve og show cause order sa ubay-ubay ka radio stations sa rehiyon!

GI-SERVE sa National Telecommunications Commission kon NTC-10 ang show cause order sa ubay-ubay ka radio stations sa rehiyon!
Lima (5) sa Bukidnon, 2 sa Lanao del Norte, 3 sa Misamis Occidental, 5 sa Misamis Oriental ug 1 sa Cagayan de Oro City.
Matud ni NTC-10 Director Ted Buenavista nga kung dili tahuron sa statsyon ang show cause order mahimong kumpeskahon ang mga ekipo.
Apan kung tahuron ang desisyon ug sundon ang requirement subay sa baload posibleng i-grant sa commission nga maka-broadcast.

“…kung pananglitan modified ang usa ka station dili siya ang owner sa show cause order ang next ana nga step i-confiscate na ang mga equipment apil na ang mga computer, ang console kwaon gyud na siya, sayang ba sayang, kung pananglitan mo honor ka sa disisyon sa commission basin pa nga ihatag saimu later on ipaundang lang ka, kinahanglan i-satisfy sa nimu ang requirements by the law and then the commission might grant the authority for the station to go into a commercial broadcast…”
