DOLE-10, miklaro nga LGU’s ang mag-determinar sa listahan sa TUPAD beneficiaries!

GIKLARO sa Department of Labor and Employment kon DOLE-10 nga ang Local Government Unit kon LGU’s ang ga-determinar sa listahan sa Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers kon TUPAD!
Human adunay pipila ang miingon nga sila ang angayan nga tabangan.
Matud ni DOLE-10 Assistant Regional Director Atty. Russel Jallorina nga ang LGU’s ang adunay direktang contact sa ilang constituents.
Samtang, mahimong magpasa og project proposal sa ilang buhatan ang grupo sa mga tawo nga wala naapil sa listahan aron ma-evaluate ug posible’ng malakip nga benipisyaryo sa TUPAD.

“…that is always been a perennial problem ano ever since the implementation of the tulong pangkabuhayan para sa ating disadvantaged worker or tupad, that has always been a problem, there are a lot of people who are complaining that that they are not included in the list of the beneficiaries, you have to understand that we only get this list from the LGUs, the LGUs provide us with the list included in their project proposals and then when we when we approve ah when when we evaluate the documents that they submit and we approve the budget, then we, implement it through the LGU or to the ACP or to direct administration. So that means that ang nag de-determine the ones who determine who will be included in the list are our LGUs. so we can do that on our own but it will take a lot of time because the LGUs are the ones who are in direct contact with their constituents. Now if there is a group people or there are people who are not included in the list of beneficiaries, they can submit a project proposal to us, then we will evaluate the same, we will evaluate the documents that they will submit and then perhaps we can grant them benefits under the program that that can be done…”
