COMELEC-10 REGIONAL DIRECTOR, MIPASABOT NGA TULO LAMANG KA RASON ANG PWEDE SA SUBSTITUTION!

GIPASABOT ni Commission on Elections kon COMELEC-10 Director Atty. Renato Magbutay nga tulo lang ka rason ang pwede sa substitution!
Matud ni Magbutay nga mahimong mag substitute kung namatay ang kandidato, na-disqualify ug incapacitated candidate.
Mahitabo ang substitution human sa ulahing adlaw sa filing sa Certificate of Candidacy.

Well substitution can happen even after the last day, in cases there are only three cases, one is namatay ang kandidato, second na disqualify siya by final judgement kandidato or third incapacity of the candidate tulo ka butang nga pwede nga dunay substitution after the last day of the filing of filing certificates of candidacy…..”
