GIKUMPERMAR sa Department of Foreign Affairs kon DFA nga napadala na sa China ang note verbale!
Kalabot sa giingong pagtagak og flares sa agi-anan sa eroplano sa Philippine Air Force nga nagpatrolya sa Bajo de Masinloc mi-aging semana.
Matud ni DFA Secretary Enrique Manalo nga pinaagi sa maong lakang gipamugos sa Pilipinas ngadto sa China ang katungod sa air space sa Philippine Maritime Zones.
Nagpabiling bukas ang Pilipinas sa pakighinabi sa China.

“…China policy naman natin here on the South China Sea has always been our willingness to settle any differences or disputes through peaceful means. And that means through negotiation or through diplomatic methods in accordance with international law. So hindi lang limited dun sa note verbale. Of course we will. If China is willing to speak with us of this, we are open to talking with China…”
