Highlight sa mensahe ni Vice President Duterte sa turn over ceremony ang mga nahimo ug kalampusan niini sa katungdanan.
Matud ni Vice President Duterte nga lakip sa mga nahimong kalampusan ang pagpabalik sa in person classes sa gibana-banang 27 million learners sa pampublikong tunghaan atol sa pandemya.
Nagpasalamat ang Bise Presidente sa tanang mi-suporta kaniya.
