Kini ang gibutyag sa Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board kon LTFRB kagahapong adlawa.
Base sa LTFRB Board Resolution No.53 series of 2024, nga dili na kinahanglang magsang-at ang unconsolidated public utility vehicles og consolidation apan subject for approval pa kini sa Local Public Transport Route Plan kon LPTRP o Route Rationalization Plan kon RRP.
Kinahanglang kasamtangang nakarehistro ang ilang units sa LTFRB ug adunay valid personal passenger accident insurance coverage.
