Kini ang giklaro ni Former President Rodrigo Duterte atol sa pagbisita sa Tacloban kagahapong adlawa.
Matud ni Former President Duterte nga ang Maisug rally usa lamang ka pamaagi aron ipadayag ang ilang sentimento.
