NAGPADALA og sulat ang Community Alliance on Water Security Action Bantay Tubig kon CAWSA sa Local Water Utilities Administrations kon LWUA ug Office of the President!
Aron mohangyo nga imbestigaran ang kontrobersyal nga kontrata tali Cagayan de Oro Water District kon COWD ug Cagayan de Oro Bulk Water Incorporated kon COBI.
Matud ni CAWSA Convenor Atty. Proculo Sarmen nga sa sinugdanan pa lamang sa kontrata aduna’nay problema tungod gipirmahan kini nga wala ang panugot sa LWUA.
“….sa sinugdanan duna nay problema sa kontrata because the contract was sign without even the consent of LWUA. Mao na nihangyo kita we sent a letter to LWUA aron himuon ang hingpit nga imbistigasyon og usa ka feasibility study tungod sa dakong problema nako karon sa Water District…”
