Alang sa pagprotehir sa mga motorsiklista sa ciudad.
Matud ni Councilor Abaday nga ubos sa ordinansa kinahanglang magbaton og speed limit gun ug breath analyzer aron mahibal-an kung naka-inom ang motorsiklista.
Gidugang sa opisyal nga kinahanglang magpahigayon og random sobriety check aron malikayan ang aksidente.
