COBI, mikumpirmar nga wala nila giila ang TRO!

GIKUMPIRMAR ni Cagayan de Oro Bulk Water Incorporated kon COBI Senior Legal Counsel Atty. Roberto Rodrigo nga wala giila sa kompanya ang Temporary Restraining Order kon TRO nga gipagawas sa Regional Trial Court kon RTC Branch 17!
Wala na’y bili ang TRO tungod naputol na nila ang tubig una migawas ang nahisgutang kamandoan gikan sa korte.
Matud ni Atty. Rodrigo nga kung basahon ang TRO wala’y nakabutang nga i-reconnect ang supply sa tubig.

“…sa you maybe aware dahil patay na po yung tubig there’s nothing left for the court to enjoin or to prevent as is naka disconnect na po yung tubig compliant na po kami sa order ng court we’re not defiant kasi if you read the order itself verbatim, wala naman pong naka lagay dun to reconnect the water. And the usuals in TRO, wag mag disconnect that’s plain and simple cannot disconnect the water ganun lang ka simply nun so as I mentioned yung inissue yan ng korte tapos na eh so there’s nothing to enjoin…”

I-verify una nila nganong subling gibuksan sa Rio Verde ang valve sa COBI una sila magpahigayon og legal action.

“…again no I have to verify the fact kung baka sakali assuming nga binuksan nila yung tubig. They have to verify kung bakit no. They have to give us the reason kung bakit, otherwise there is a possibility na magkakaroon ng breach of contract pero again I don’t want to jump to conclusion. You know let us verify muna sir..”
