Pinaagi sa pagpataas sa foreign ownership sa mga vital industry.
Nahimo kini human miboto ang House plenary via voice vote.
Ubos sa RBH 7, laraw sa pag-amyendar nga malangkat ang 40 percent-foreign ownership limit sa edukasyon, public utilities, ug advertising sectors.
Samtang, miboto og No si Kabataan party-list lawmaker Raoul Manuel ug gipamugos nga dili “magic wand” ang foreign capital nga mahimo gilayong masulbad ang longstanding societal ill, unequal opportunities.
