GISUGYOT ni Councilor Romeo Calizo ang pagmugna og appropriate Implementing Rules and Regulations kon IRR kabahin sa pag-regulate sa cable, wiring ug poste sa ciudad!
Nunot sa special report ni Councilor Roger Abaday kabahin sa delikado’ng wiring’s sa dakbayan.
Matud ni Councilor Calizo nga gawas sa pagrepaso sa existing ordinance kinahanglan’g magmugna og appropriate nga IRR aron masabtan pag-ayo.
Lakip usab sa IRR ang decreation sa myembro sa enforcement team nga mopatuman sa nasangpit nga balaod.
