GIPASIDAN-AN sa Department of Trade and Industry kon DTI ang mga online sellers!
Batok sa gipatumang “no video, no refund policy”.
Matud ni DTI Assistant Secretary Amanda Nograles nga nahulog ang no return, no refund or exchange policy ubos sa deceptive, unfair ug unconscionable sales acts o practices, nga violation sa Republic Act 7394 o mas nailang Consumer Act of the Philippines.
Gipamugos ni Nograles nga katungod sa mga konsyumante nga ibalik ang mga item nga napalit kung depektibo.
Gawas sa ibalik ang item, aduna usab option ang mga konsyumante nga mangayo’g replacement o full refund sa item nga gipalit.
