NAGTAGBO sa Malacañang ang legal cluster sa gobyerno alang sa ipasakang kaso batok sa China!
Kalabot sa nagkalain-laing isyu nunot sa nagkagrabeng tensyon sa West Philippine Sea.
Matud ni Department of Foreign Affairs kon DFA Secretary Enrique Manalo nga nakasubay sa United Nation of the Law on the Sea kon UNCLOS ang posibleng lakang nga himoon sa gobyerno.
Giklaro pa sa opisyal nga gisiguro sa Pilipinas nga dili makahatag og kagubot tali sa duha ka nasud ang kaso nga isang-at sa Arbitral tribunal.
