Matud ni President Marcos nga gitutokan sa gobyerno nga dili mo-scalate ang kagubot sa giilogang teritoryo ilabina sa bag-ong gipagawas 10-dashline map sa China.
Giklaro usab niini nga kinahanglang makasubay sa United Nation Convention on the Law of the Sea ang himoong aksyon sa giilogang teritoryo.
