Atol sa imbestigasyon sa Committee on Public Order and Dangerous Drugs kalabot sa giingong inhumane, violent ug highly irregular acts sa pagdakop sa Kapulisan batok kang Bonifacio, Misamis Occidental Mayor Samson Dumanjug.
Gikabutyag ni Atty. Regine Gallego lawyer sa pamilya’ng Dumanjug nga nanawag kini kang General Acorda aron magreklamo nga gidid-an kini sa pakigkita sa client.
“..nakausap ko si General Acorda and at that time I told him that ‘sir bakit ayaw ng mga pulis palapitan si Mayor ng mga Lawyer at tsaka family’ and answered ‘that is the constitutional right of Mayor Dumanjug’ and he said kakausapin niya kung sino ang assign. Pumunta ako sa station and ang nadaknan ko was Deputy Bienes and there we’re police naka full gear sila and then I said General Acorda was on the line and sabi ni Deputy na nandon sa second floor. Deputy Bienes bumaba na sa second floor and he said that Chief Sumagang is busy, he will not answer the call. I told General Acorda na busy sabi ni General Acorda ‘oh sige kung sino na lang ang nandiyan kakausapin ko’ and I said Deputy makikipagusap sayo si General and sagot sa akin ni Deputy at that time was a hand signal at biglang tumakbo sa second floor…”

Gikumpirmar ni General Acorda ang claim ug gimandoan kini nga ihatag ang cellphone sa Chief of Police apan wala’y police official ang mitubag sa PNP Chief.
“..to my impression as we have the conversation with attorney it seems that everybody is afraid to talk with me wanted to evade conversation. Finally I was able to contact and we we’re told that none of them have their cellphone, all the cellphone we’re confiscated by implementing team…”

Matud ni Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa nga maikonsiderar nga breakdown in discipline ug insubordination ang gibuhat sa Police officials.
“..if I we’re a Chief PNP lilipad ako right there and then pupuntahan ko sa Misamis Oriental at pagsisipain ko yung official na ayaw akong kausapin. There’s a breakdown of dicipline pagdating sa ganong sitwasyon thats insubordination plain and simple…”
