Ubos sa memorandum circular nga gipagawas niadtong May 22, tinguha sa LTO nga ma-streamline ang proseso sa ahensya pinasubay sa Ease of Doing Business Act.
Pagklaro sa LTO, bisan sa pagwala sa pipila ka rekisitos, magpabilin ang physical inspection sa behikulo aron ma-verify ang mga detalye sa certificate of registration.
Namahayag si LTO’s National Capital Region OIC Hanz Li, nga ang memorandum circular applied sa plain renewal.
