Alayon sa pagpangulo niini sa kasaulogan sa ika-125 ka anibersaryo sa DPWH!
Matud ni President Marcos nga kinahanglang ipatuman usab ang transperensiya sa ahensya aron malikayan ang hiwi nga binuhatan.
