Matud ni DENR Secretary Toni Yulo-Loyzaga nga dako’g kontribusyon ang mga patigayon sa basura, nga kabahin sa informal sector rason nga gisulong sa buhatan ang programa.
Dakong hagit kini ilabina nga daghang mga patigayon sa basura sa Pilipinas.
