Giingong moluntad 15 ka tuig ang contract tali sa gobyerno ug sa Malampaya.
Matud sa Department of Energy nga ma-expired sa tuig 2024 ang Malampaya service contract apan gilugwayan kini ni President Marcos hangtud tuig 2039.
Matud ni President Marcos nga laumang daghang oportunidad ang mahatag sa gas field labina ang pagsiguro sa gas reserves sa nasud.
