Alayon sa Special report niini sa gipahigayong 38th Regular Session sa 20th City Council.
Matud ni Councilor Cabanlas nga gi-aghat niini ang DPWH-10 sa pagbutang og cats eye o road stud aron malikayan ang mga aksidente sa kadalanan ilabina panahon sa gabii.
“…cars will travelling fast and very slow limitation between the lanes. We show these cat eye you can see clearly the roads my suggestion for purposes of aesthetic value, for purposes of safety. We would like to request the DPWH that all national highway should be provided with these cat eye that every time they construct please provide the cat eye or road stud….”
