Human gikumpirmar ni US Department of Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin III atol sa 2 plus 2 Ministerial Meeting sa Estados Unidos.
Matud ni Secretary Austin nga dakong tabang sa ekonomiya sa nasud ang pundong gigahin alang sa mga imprastraktura.

“..we expect allocated more than a 100 million dollar in infrastructure investment at the new and existing EDCA site. The additional of this EDCA site to be able to expand meet the needs of the Philippines in any event of the crisis like a natural disaster or a requirement of humanitarian assistance…”
