GIKAHADLOKAN sa LTO nga mahurot ang suplay sa mga plastic card nga gigamit sa pag-imprenta sa mga driver’s licenses sunod semana!
Matud ni LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Jay Art Tugade nga 146,000 na lamang ang suplay sa plastic card nationwide.
