GIDUSO ni Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa ang paglakip sa foreigner students sa ROTC program!
Kung hingpit na kining mabalaod.
Matud ni Senator Dela Rosa nga hinuon dili kini mapugos nga higugmaon ang nasud apan kinahanglang mo-undergo kini sa ROTC sa laing instruction sa programa.
