“…now under going consultation sa atong enforcement, we know nga ang Department of Labor is major mandated sa worker’s protection and then in the present nga department order or guidelines is that all establishment regardless of its size are subject for inspection but for now though dili pa sign ang guidelines is that establishment employee less than 10 will no longer be subjected to routine inspection less than 10 because I think naa na sa around 80% of the establishment throughout the region they will no longer be subjected to routine inspection but technical advisory visit, kay kahibalo ta kung mag inspection it becomes a case if naay violation but karon ang gi move karon ni Secretary Laguesma is that kaning mga micro nato nga establishment will be subjected to technical advisory visit meaning when the inspectors visit this establishment ang purpose gyud didto is to assist on how to comply kung naay mga violation they will come up with an action plan on how to comply so dili sila mahimo og kaso…”
