Matud ni International Human Rights Lawyer Ruben Caranza nga niadtong Senador pa si Marcos Jr. nagtuo kining importante ang pag-apil sa ICC, apan nabag-o kini pagka-Presidente.

When he was a senator, signed the senate resolution ratifying the treaty establishing the ICC said it was important for human rights in the Philippines to join the ICC. For him to now say that the Philippines will not cooperate is directly contravening the Philippines legal obligations to cooperate with the International Criminal Court..”
