Matud ni DPWH CDO 1st District Engr. Ana Lee Manzano nga lisod alang kanila ang pag-convince sa affected owner ilabina nga highly urbanized city ang Cagayan de Oro.

“…it’s a challenge in this district, the #1 challenge during the emplementation is the road right of way because we really understand that because Cagayan de Oro City is located in a highly urbanized city and as well all notice very commercial na kaayo iyang location so its very hard for us to convince the affected owner of the lot that the portion of their lot is affected by the project so it would took us 2-3 months bago mi maka set sa project…”

Gibutyag usab niini nga karong bulana siyam na ang ilang na-award out sa 15 ka proyekto.

“…DPWH has a release of approximaitely 1.846 Billion and it comprise of 48 projects and as of January we have a release of 257 Million and it comprises of 15 projects and out of 15 project we have already awarded 9 projects and we are about to award 9 projects but still we are awaiting for additional funds since its an FLR so again we have to wait for maybe this month basin maabot nato amoang release full para sa amoang 48 projects…”
