BOUT i-ban sa Department of Justice ang paghusay sa kaso sa pagpanglugos sa kabanay ilabina kung batan-on!
Alayon na sa pagsaka sa datos sa incestuous rape.
Matud ni Justice Secretary Crispin Remulla nga ana-a na sa emergency state ang Pilipinas sa Child sexual abuse.
