Matud ni DA Senior Undersecretary Domingo Panganiban nga gi-interpret niini ang memorandum nga gi-issue sa Office of the Executive Secretary isip go-signal aron ipadayon ang importasyon.
“..interpreted the memorandum issued by the Office of the Executive Secretary as an approval to proceed with the importation with the adjutancy of the situation, I instructed 3 capable and accredited companies to proceed with the importation of sugar provided that they agree to reduce the prices of sugar in a price that is acceptable in the market..”
