Gisang-at na sa Prosecutors office ang kasong murder nga gipasaka batok kang suspended BuCor Chief Gerald Bantag!
Gi-anunsyo kini atol sa joint pressbriefing sa DILG, DOJ, NBI ug PNP.
Matud ni Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla nga dili na kinahanglan pa og subpoena si Bantag ug sa fiscal na lamang kini motubag sa iyang side.
“..hindi naman kailangan kasi pinag-aralan yun ng husto tinanong lahat ng testigo and you know this is exceptional case. None of this people would have talk, if Gerald Bantag remain as the head of a BUCOR. We let Gerald Bantag answer his charges formally in the fiscal’s office..”
