Giklaro sa kampo ni Vhong Navarro nga wala pa’y migawas nga resulta sa ilang gisang-at nga bail petition!
Matud sa abogado ni Vhong nga si Atty. Maggie Garduque nga ang gitakdang pagbalhin sa actor sa Taguig City Jail dili resulta sa desisyon sa korte sa Taguig sa petisyon niini nga maka-pyansa.
Gidugang pa niini nga ang pagtakdang pagbalhin kang Navarro tungod nasuta sa korte nga luwas ang pasilidad sa Taguig City Jail.

“…he will be transferred it will just be a matter of time, hindi po yan result of the resolution on the petition for bail so yun po ang gusto naming klarohin, there is still no resolution and the petition for bail the court can issue an order if the petition for bail will be granted directing the warden of Taguig City Jail to release Vhong under bail, there is a motion for reconsideration being filed by the defense assuring the security and protection of Vhong in the event that he will be transferred from NBI to Taguig City Jail…”
