Pinaagi sa pag publish sa BIR og Revenue Regulation No. 14-2022 nga magsilbing implementing rules and regulations sa R.A. 1190 kon Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products Regulation Act.
Ubos sa BIR regulations ang minimum price tag of vaporized nicotine, non-nicotine ug novel tobacco products.
Mamahimo nang adunay kinatibuk-ang production cost, expenses or landed cost sa barato nga brand sa tobacco lakip na ang excise tax ug value-added tax kon VAT.
Gidugang pa niini kung kinsa man ang masapong nakalapas sa regulation sa BIR posibleng mag-multa sa 2 million pesos to 5 million pesos ug adunay imprisonment nga 2-6 years.
