NAGTINUKLORA ang DepEd ug CHED kung kinsa ang magpatuman sa subling pagbalik sa ROTC program!
Matud ni CHED Chairperson Prospero De Vera lll nga mas maayong ipatuman sa Secondary Education ang ROTC program aron mas daghang kabatan-onan ang makasalmot sa nasangpit nga programa.
“..if you want numbers meaning you want a lot of students to be trained you put it in senior high because there is a significant drop of the senior high to university enrollment but 50 percent drop off..”

Apan, nasayod kini nga mahimong hagit sa DepEd ang implementasyon tungod dako ang gasto niini.
“..Infrastructure for ROTC is not existed in senior high cause they have to build up an administrative infrastructure you have to build up a physical infrastructure for those that you will train so that’s the downside cause it higher infrastructure administrative cost you have to be put in place..”
