NAKALABANG na sa Kamara ang house bill 1160 usa ka balaod nga nagtinguha sa pagpahamtang og silot sa tunghaan nga magpatuman og “no permit, no exam policy!
Human kini gi-aprobahan sa House Committee on Higher and Technical Education.
Apan, Matud ni House Committee on Higher and Technical Education Chair Rep. Mark Go nga kinahanglan pang usbon ang outline sa maong balaod aron dili kini makaapekto sa operasyon sa ubang pribadong tunghaan nga nagsalig lamang sa bayad sa tuition.

“..personal opinion ko dito dapat we allows student to take their exams even they are not fully paid of tuitions. Probably there are provisions here they will not be given grades on before their grades release to them they should pay or they can’t re enroll the semester or the followed year..”
